i know that shabbes food is special' is heavenly & i prepared it always with special kavanos' in mind..ashrei yoshvei beisecha..? right ..& leshem ichud kudsha..& course' lekuved shabbes kodesh!..
i know that shabbes food enters another spheres,that doesn't go to the regular place..like in a weekday(spiritually talking,ok?) that is fuel for the neshama,this oneg' pleasure we have,make us enjoy the spiritual aspects too.body & soul,united,we sing ,we said divrei torah,we are happy

but ..why i have this feeling that i'm one pound more always on sundays?jejeje

the rabbi said,like with everything,when you go to the subway you have your nisayon & your choice,alo! it's summer time i yo don't want to be exposed to all the' electricity around',you can read tehillim,study something during the ride,or you can be a radar that catches all the waves around'.. it's YOUR CHOICE',so if is hard for you to control yourself,JUST DON'T DO IT',but if you go online to check some news,the weather & other little Innocent things ,it's fine!

he answered that was OK. as long as it wasn't too sexual,rocky ,or heavy
should be like a low key music,& as long as i don't want to be like them..
music has a tremendous influence in people,specially in young jevre,so one has to be careful
